Steve Haggerty – President & CEO

Steve along with a team of talented Board of Directors established Tactical Marketing Solutions in spring 2003. Formerly a CPA with Arthur Anderson and then CFO of a direct marketing company, Steve’s strength in management and understanding the financials of business bring much to the call center operation. As a leader, Steve promotes an atmosphere of open communication, teamwork and ownership. As honest as they come, clients know they can trust Steve and his team as true business partners.

Pat Morel – Vice President, Operations

Pat has more than 12 years experience in the call center business. She manages the internal customer service & sales call center for Tactical Marketing Solutions. Pat directs the team on all customer care activities designed to maximize consumer service and sales. Pat is an amazingly strong team builder. She is assertive, positive, understands business issues, and has strong leadership qualities with the ability to facilitate cross-functional relationships.

Miki MacKennedy – Vice President, Client Management & Programming

Miki has extensive call center and other client-focused business experience. She handles the implementation and ongoing management of client programs for Tactical Marketing Solutions. Miki is highly detail-oriented and strives for perfection, assuring that clients’ needs are always being met and expectations exceeded. Her talent as a programmer allows for incredibly quick response times in implementation and ongoing program development.

Valerie Luongo – Director, Outbound Services

Valerie brings more than 15 years call center experience to Tactical Marketing Solutions. She manages, directs and evaluates outbound programs for clients such as Oakleaf Waste Management. With dedicated teams, Valerie operates the Outbound Services group as a true extension to our clients’ business. She is outstanding at building the right team for each program and has superb management skills to maintain and develop personnel.
